Another really useful piece of equipment is a citrus squeezer, these hand held squeezers made by Kitchencraft are great, they are the best hand held squeezers I have found and believe me I've tried a lot over the years. They come in three different sizes, an Orange one, a Lemon one and a Lime one, they extract all the juice from each piece of fruit very easily and efficiently, the pips do not end up in the juice, I would highly recommend them. My Son originally bought the first one, a lime one to juice limes for Mojitos, I found it so good, I very quickly bought the other two sizes.
