The benefits of Click & Grow pods

Updated: Aug 10, 2022

For anyone who doubts the benefits of buying Click & Grow pods, this is quite a clear example of how effective the smart soil in a Click & Grow pod is. When tomatoes sprout, it is advised that if multiple seeds germinate in a pod, to leave only 1 seedling to grow to ensure enough space and nutrients for the plant.

I removed 3 additional seedlings and planted them in normal grow bag compost that I use in my poly tunnel in the summer to grow my vegetables, including tomatoes.

The plants in the 3 small terracotta pots have been kept sitting on my smart garden, I have kept them moist, just watering them with a small amount of water each day, they have had the same amount of light and obviously are at the same room temperature.

As you can see the plants in the Click & Grow pods with the Click & Grow smart soil are thriving and covered in tomatoes, the 3 plants in regular grow bag compost are small and to be honest, quite pathetic.

I would highly recommend Click & Grow smart gardens to anyone, regardless of whether you are green fingered or not. They are as simple as add pods, add water, plug in and wait to enjoy your produce.
